Quality – Do you offer high quality prints?

High quality & longevity are part of our customer promise. That’s why we only produce according to the fine art printing approach. In the broadest sense, the approach describes an attempt to exhaust all possibilities of image optimization when expressing a photo. This involves optimizing dynamics, contrast, colors, shades of grey, choosing the right type of paper and emphasizing the durability of our premium prints. Each print should become a real piece of art with your unique and custom star map.

Picture frames – Will the images be sent with frames?

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer a frame service. However, we are already working on being able to offer posters & picture frames in the future.

Can I purchase the star map as a digital file?

Yes, you can purchase the star map as a digital JPG file. The JPG format is a common image format that allows the star map to be displayed on all digital devices. No installation of other programs/software is required. Print shops allow the printing of JPG files because it is a widely used image format.

A digital file is especially convenient if its urgent, for further editing, or if the same print is to be made several times.

Star map – Is the star map accurate?

Yes, our star maps are accurate. We have developed software that enables us to accurately calculate your starry sky for any place, date and time. We use german & european star catalogues (e.g. Hipparcos Catalogue from the European Space Agency) to precisely locate and map the stars to your design.

Delivery & Shipping

Parcel Shipping – Will my parcel be shipped safely?

Yes, our fine art prints are carefully rolled with a protective paper and shipped safely. This ensures that your star map arrives without any transport damage.

Delivery area – Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver world wide. Shipping costs outside of Germany are additionally charged with a flat rate of 4,90 €, covering postage and packaging.

Tracking ID – Will I receive a tracking ID?

Once we send out your item for shipment, we will send you an email with the tracking number for your package.

Delivery address – Can I change the delivery address after the checkout?

If you would like to change something after the checkout, please contact us as soon as possible via the contact form. If possible, we will adjust the delivery address. The delivery period may be delayed. After the checkout, you unfortunately have very little time, because we usually release your print directly for printing.

Delivery time – What are the delivery times?

Usually the delivery takes 3-5 working days within Germany. Deliveries outside of Germany usually take 5-9 working days.

Complaints & Return

Input error – Can spelling errors and incorrect information be changed?

If you would like to change something after the checkout, please contact us as soon as possible via the contact form. The delivery period may be delayed. After the checkout, you have very little time, because we usually release your print directly for printing.

Transport damage – What is the procedure for transport damage?

Despite the utmost care in packaging and transport, products can be damaged or lost during shipping. Please check your delivery with care when you receive it.

If your product was damaged during transportation, please contact us. After a successful examination of the proof of the transport damage, we are, of course, sending a new print.

Cancellation Policy – Can I cancel an order?

Our main goal is to deliver only high-quality products to you. If you do not like the card we have sent, please contact us via the contact form. Together we will be able to find a solution for your needs. Unfortunately, your custom product is unusable, therefore we cannot take it back. Please find all details in our cancellation policy.
