My Order

Once you have ordered with us you are able to track your order on our order status page.

 

Please be aware, that your shipment tracking will be available and send to you via email as soon as we have dispatched your order.

If you would like to change something after the checkout, please contact us as soon as possible via the contact form. The delivery period may be delayed. After the checkout, you have very little time, because we usually release your print directly for printing.

If you would like to change your shipping address after the checkout, please contact us as soon as possible via the contact form.

 

If possible, we will adjust the delivery address. The delivery period may be delayed. Please be aware that we send your order to production right after the checkout. This enables us to guarantee fast delivery.

You will receive your order invoice to the email you have provided us during the checkout.

Our main goal is to deliver only high-quality star map prints to you. If you like to cancel your order, please contact us via the contact form as soon as possible.

 

If you made a spelling mistake, please feel free to contact us. If we have not already produced your star map, we will be happy to change your star map details for you.

 

Please be aware that once we have send your order to production, we are not able to cancel your order. Please find all details in our cancellation policy.

Despite the utmost care in packaging and transport, products can be damaged or lost during shipping. Please check your delivery with care when you receive it.

 

If your product was damaged during transportation or you have received a damaged product, please contact us immediately via our contact form.

 

Please provide us with images of the damaged print as well as the packaging. We will get back to you as soon as possible to resolve the issue for you.

You will receive an order confirmation email right after you have placed your order with us.

 

If you haven’t received your confirmation email, the two most likely reasons are that your email client has put the email in your spam folder, or that you gave us the wrong email during the checkout.

We are working with multiple parcel services, in order to deliver your star map as fast as possible to your home. For all orders and countries parcel tracking is available. We deliver with:

Please take in mind that we will provide you with a tracking number once we have dispatched your order. Our premium posters are usually dispatched within 24 hours. The production time for canvas prints usually take 3-5 business days.

Yes, we ship your star map in a neutral packaging box. This comes in handy, if you like to forward the gift to your loved one’s.

When purchasing a digital printing file, we will send you both, a JPG & PDF file. Both files can be used for printing. A digital file is especially useful if you run out of time, or if you want to edit the file further or if the same print should be made several times.

 

The JPG format (300 DPI) is a common image format. No installation of additional programs is required. Printers allow you to print JPG files as it is a widely used image format. The JPG file contains the ICC profile sRGB IEC61966-2.1, which is often suggested by online printing shops.

 

The PDF format (300 DPI) is also a widely used printing format. In order to open the file, a PDF reader is required (e.g. Adobe Acrobat Reader). The PDF / X-1a: 2003 printing file contains the widely used ICC profile Coated FOGRA39.

Yes, our star maps are accurate. We have developed a software that enables us to accurately calculate your starry sky for any place, date and time. We use German & European star catalogs (e.g. Hipparcos Catalog from the European Space Agency) to precisely locate and map the night sky to your magical moment.

  • We promote “social distancing” and therefore ask to limit close personal interactions and try to reduce density within a common workspace. Therefore, we have deployed multiple shifts in our production facilities as well.
